MEALS & LOCAL ATTENDANCE
ACCESS TO DINING HALL: IF you registered for meals in advance or onsite please be sure each time you come to the dining hall, you have your ID BADGE and VALID MEAL TICKET for the appropriate meal. Meal tickets are for specific meals, one ticket cannot be used for a different meal. Each person (adult or child 3-12) must have their own meal ticket. Children 0-2 do not need an meal ticket, there is no charge for meals for children 2 and under. Thank you for your cooperation in making the dining hall process enjoyable for all. Bon appétit!
ATTENDEES: You may purchase meals when you register. Meals are not automatically included with attendee registration but must be purchased separately. A meal packet includes 7 meals (breakfast and supper on Thursday and Friday; and breakfast, lunch, and supper on Sabbath).
EXHIBITORS: Each exhibitor registration includes one meal packet (breakfast and supper on Thursday and Friday; and breakfast, lunch, and supper on Sabbath). Exhibitor assistant meals must be purchased separately.
LOCAL GUESTS: Sabbath meals must be pre-purchased for both locals and attendees. Please plan to purchase meals on Thursday or Friday and not during the registration rush on Wednesday. Onsite Registration Hours:
Wednesday - 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Thursday - 7:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
The registration desk will not be open on Friday evening or all day Sabbath.

MEAL DONATION FORM: ASI appreciates those who generously donate meal items to the annual convention. Such contributions help defray the cost of each meal, and that savings is passed on to ASI members and guests. Those who donate meal items need to fill out the form at the link below. The contribution will be acknowledged in the 2014 ASI International Convention Guide.

PURCHASE: Visit the Rates & Registration page to register and purchase meals.To expedite the onsite registration process and avoid long registration lines, please purchase meals prior to arrival using either the online registration system or by submitting a registration form. If purchased onsite, Friday supper and Sabbath meals must be purchased before 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, 2014. (No onsite registration or meal purchases may be made by phone.) Membership discounts apply only to registration fees and not to meals.
RATES: There is no member discount rate for meals. Members and non-members pay the same meal prices.
Special Dietary Needs: All meals are vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options (including a vegan dessert option).

Local guests who do not have travel distances that require overnight stays may attend Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening sessions and Sabbath programs (all day) for free. No on-site registration for local guests is required.
Adult seminars and day programs for children and youth on Thursday and Friday are open only to those who have registered and paid as regular convention attendees. Local guests should not drop their children off during those time periods without first purchasing regular registration both for themselves and for their children or youth.

Convention meals will not be provided for lunch on Thursday and Friday. Below is a link to a list of local restaurants recommended by the Convention Center concierge.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of Devos Place. Many offer a discount to convention attendees just present this map and your ASI Convention Badge when you place your order.
