YOUTH: A wide variety of programs and activities are planned for children ages 3-18, including daycare for tots during main meetings and seminars and offsite activities and field trips for the older ones. You must fill out a Medical Release and Youth Activities Consent form for each child ages 0-18 who will participate in the ASI youth meetings and offsite activities. Bring the completed form and two passport-sized pictures of your child with you to the convention. Click below to download the form:
