EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: General exhibitor information and support are being provided by Exhibit Services Inc. Please visit the following link for exhibitor information, including cooking and food sampling information, important dates and times, exhibitor kit, and online order placement:
LOCAL GUEST ATTENDANCE & MEALS: Local guests from the Greater Orlando and surrounding areas may attend Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening general sessions and Sabbath programs (all day) for free. Each local guest must register and receive a local guest badge at the main registration desk. Day programming for children and youth on Thursday and Friday is open only to those who have paid and registered as regular convention attendees. Local guests should not drop their children off during those time periods without first purchasing regular registration for both themselves and their children or youth. Sabbath meals must be prepurchased. To purchase meal tickets, call 407-996-9939 and ask for ASI registration. Please purchase meals on Thursday or Friday and not during the registration rush on Wendesday. Registration will open at 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning and remain open until 10 p.m.

MUSIC: The deadline for applying to provide special music for the 2010 ASI Convention has passed. You may, however, apply to participate in the Youth Orchestra. NOTE: Anyone planning to participate in the convention youth orchestra must arrive in Orlando by early Wednesday in order to attend the 2:00 p.m. Wednesday rehearsal. This rehearsal is mandatory, as it will be the only rehearsal prior to performance. The Youth Orchestra application link is below:

ONSITE REGISTRATION: You may download a convention registration PDF form (above) for complete registration information. Onsite registration will begin a 8:00 am. Wednesday. The ASI registration staff request that Exhibitors register before noon Wednesday, and Attendees in the afternoon and evening to streamline the registration process.
SCOOTERS: Conventions always require a lot of walking, and this one will be no exception! If you are elderly, injured or otherwise unable to make the 1/4-mile walk from the hotel to the convention center, consider renting a scooter. They are commonly used at conventions, and local companies will deliver them to the hotel concierge desk and pick them up after meetings with no added delivery or pick-up charge. The best rate we could find in the area is with the following company:

2010 ASI Convention Volunteer Application
YOUTH PROGRAMMING: A wide variety of programs and activities are planned for children ages 3-18, including daycare for tots during main meetings and seminars and offsite activities and field trips for the older ones. You must fill out a Medical Release and Youth Activities Consent form for each child ages 0-18 who will participate in the ASI youth meetings and offsite activities. You may fill out the form online or download the form and bring it with you to the convention. You will also be required to provide two passport-sized pictures of your child at the convention.
