        —ASI Convention music application form
        —Picture of the musician or group
        —Mp3 (preferred), DVD or CD of the actual music to be considered for performance
        —Copyright information for the song(s) to be considered
        —Lyrics (if applicable) in English, or translated into English

Information
—Deadline for submissions is March 31, 2010.
—Each participant is self-funded for all expenses and must provide all instruments (except piano).
—Live accompaniment is preferred.
—Lyrics should be uplifting and reflect the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
—Instrumental presentations should avoid extremes in dissonance, tempo, and repetitiveness.
—If approved, applicants will receive confirmation from the ASI Music Committee prior to the convention.
—Participants may not replace a selection with another once it has been approved.
