All attendees and exhibitors must arrange their own 
accommodations. Registration fees do not include lodging. The ASI rate is available through July 15. Rates are based on room availability and continuous stay. If making reservations by phone, ask for the ASI rate. The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort is the only official ASI hotel option.
If problems occur with your reservation, call George Adams, ASI Housing Coordinator, at 240-529-3436. Room cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival date for full refund.
